Veta Virtual is hiring a Luxury Client Advocate to support UHNW clients in a discreet, white-glove capacity. You will act as the client's advocate across their journey, coordinating with sales while maintaining exceptional service standards.

This fully remote role requires 2+ years of client-facing experience, ideally in luxury retail, and strong English communication. You will use tools like HubSpot, Zendesk, and Slack to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing roles with relationship-building focus.
• Experience in luxury retail or high-end service is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with UHNW clients, ensuring discretion and high-touch service.
• Advocate for clients throughout their journey with the sales team without direct selling.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot and Podium; ensure timely follow-ups.
