Job summary

Editorialist is seeking a seasoned Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to UHNW clients via our app. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in luxury customer service, experience with US clients, and strong communication. You will collaborate with Styling, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, using CRM tools to track interactions and inform product improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years in customer service, luxury or high-end retail
  • Experience serving US clients
  • Strong empathy and quick learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal skills and rapport building
  • Calm under pressure with conflict resolution
  • Proficient with CRM systems and data recording
  • Independent and team player with initiative

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with a luxury focus
  • Regularly communicate with clients via the app to address inquiries and provide updates
  • Deliver KPIs such as CSAT and NPS
  • Coordinate with Styling, Finance, Engineering and Operations to resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM
  • Develop understanding of luxury products and act as client advocate
  • Analyze data and trends to improve processes and product
  • Liaise with Product team to provide feedback and influence improvements
