J.P. Morgan Advisors in New York, NY seeks a Client Service Group Manager to lead the branch’s sales support and administrative teams.

You will drive training programs, implement process improvements, and partner with regional leadership to advance client service excellence. The role requires FINRA SIE, Series 7/66/9/10 licenses or ability to obtain within 180 days, a business/finance degree, at least three years of financial services management experience, and strong communications.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses upon hire or must obtain within 180 days from start date
• Degree in Business, Finance, or other related business discipline
• Minimum of 3 years financial services management experience
• Experience in the training field or branch administrator in financial services
• Understanding of wealth management business, sales force, and investment products
• Knowledge and understanding of KYC and Regulatory requirements
• Project management, problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience with facilitating training sessions (both classroom and virtual)
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Responsabilités

• Support and drive strategic firm and branch initiatives by partnering closely with the Regional Director.
• Provide management and leadership of the sales support staff in the branch and satellite branch where no administrative management is present.
• Recruit, select, onboard, train administrative and sales support staff. Supervise and coordinate assignments for the sales support staff and evaluate problem areas to determine potential reassignments and trainings.
• Educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures as well as Firm's best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews and exercise professional discretion for compensation, promotions, disciplinary actions and terminations of all administrative and sales support staff in accordance with firm policy.
