Job summary

International Search Consultants is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor for a premier Multi-Family Office in the Phoenix area to serve ultra-high-net-worth clients with a holistic wealth-services platform.

You will deliver investment management, estate planning, tax strategy, philanthropy, and family governance, leveraging a collaborative platform and leadership opportunities. A strong track record in transitioning client relationships is highly valued.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, or in a related advisory role.
Strong track record of developing and maintaining UHNW client relationships.
Ability to transition an existing client base is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of investment management, estate/tax planning concepts, and holistic wealth planning.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
CFP, CFA, JD or other advanced credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive wealth management and holistic planning services to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Advise on investment strategy, estate planning, philanthropy, and multi-generational family needs.
Transition client relationships to the firm, leveraging its expanded platform and resources.
Partner with internal specialists to deliver an integrated family office experience.
Serve as a trusted relationship manager, acting as the central advisor for clients and their families.
Contribute to the growth and direction of the firm through leadership and potential equity participation.
