Job summary

Monarch is seeking a detail-oriented UGC Production Specialist to lead end-to-end partnerships with content creators and manage negotiations, feedback, and licensing. You will collaborate with paid social to optimize UGC for Meta and TikTok ads, using your video editing and CMS skills to ensure high-quality assets.

You'll identify creators, provide feedback aligned with brand guidelines, and stay ahead of UGC trends while juggling multiple collaborations in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles.
• Deep understanding of UGC trends and enthusiasm for working with diverse creator communities.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple collaborations and deadlines.
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools to evaluate content success.
• Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma) and CMS platforms (Aspire, Air).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, resourceful approach.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative UGC Production Specialist to lead end-to-end management of collaborations with user-generated content (UGC) partners. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of partner relationships, including outreach, feedback, rate negotiations, and content usage agreements. Leveraging your expertise with video editing tools and content management systems (CMS), you will play a key role in ensuring the production of high-quality, impactful UGC that aligns with our brand objectives.

This role works closely with paid social to ensure UGC is optimized for performance, focusing on hooks, CTAs, and platform-specific best practices for Meta and TikTok ads. It relies on a feedback loop with the paid social team to analyze performance metrics, and refining content and testing variations to maximize campaign results.
