Paired is seeking a results-driven UGC & Creator Management Specialist to scale talent pipelines for DTC/eCommerce brands. This fully remote role focuses on high-volume outreach, evaluating creators, and aligning content with paid ads performance.

You will recruit, manage relationships, and coordinate end-to-end content delivery, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while optimizing campaigns across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in UGC, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or creator management.
• Experience specifically within DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of what makes creator content effective for paid ads.
• Experience managing creators with a focus on content performance and ad results.
• Comfortable with high-volume creator outreach and sourcing.
• Ability to evaluate creators and reject weak/low-quality candidates.
• Strong pipeline and project management skills, from outreach through content delivery.
• Experience with creator/talent pipeline management and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
