inBeat Agency is seeking a Senior UGC Manager to own creator campaigns from sourcing to delivery. You will collaborate with a creative team and project managers to maintain timelines and establish high-quality outputs. This fully remote role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to own outcomes end-to-end.

You’ll lead creator outreach, vetting, and payments, with EST hours overlap and a fast-paced environment. This is a remote, globally distributed team position.

Qualificações

• 4+ years managing UGC or influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar PM tools.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools.

• Keep internal systems clean and up to date.
• Oversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy and completion.

Role

We’re looking for a Senior UGC Manager to own creator campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and communication to final delivery, ensuring everything is completed on time and aligned with the brief.

You’ll work closely with the creative team to align on content direction and with project managers to keep timelines on track. You’ll also support and guide UGC Coordinators by delegating tasks and stepping in when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns for key accounts, from creator sourcing to final delivery

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4 years of experience owning UGC or influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end

• Solid understanding of UGC best practices and creator content

• Hands-on experience with ClickUp or a similar project management tool

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment

• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

• Available to work during EST business hours.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Frame.io, Mailshake, and Smartlead

• Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments.
