Meat and Seafood Manager

Type: Full Time – Mid Level to Master

Reports to: Store Director, Director of Meat

Supervises: Meat & Seafood Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and share expertise on meat and seafood
• Maintain cleanliness and proper signage in the Meat Department
• Manage inventory, rotation, and proper documentation
• Coordinate with the Pricing Coordinator on pricing integrity
• Schedule team members, complete orders, and monitor sales and labor

Standards and Requirements

• Follow safety guidelines and report issues
• Use department-specific tools and adhere to company policies
• Complete required training and stay updated on industry knowledge

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, stand for extended periods, and use sharp tools safely. Must have good vision and hearing, and be able to work on potentially slippery floors.
