Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher's and Sampler's license.
• Must pass Pasteurizer test and Weigher's/Sampler's tests by State Inspector.
• 3 months from placement to obtain license.
• Operate pasteurizer and related equipment; CIP and sample analysis.
• Must perform SAP functions in the SAP system.
• Maintain food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the UF and pasteurizer equipment.
• Break relief for milk receivers and milk receiving functions.
• CIP all associated equipment and maintain tanks.
• Load out liquid products and receive bulk liquids.
• Cross-train and master other jobs as assigned.
