Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a hardworking team member for milk reception operations and pasteurization support at our California facility.

You will lift heavy loads, operate the UF system, and ensure compliance with Pasteurizer and Weigher’s/Sampler’s licenses, passing required tests within three months of placement. The role involves receiving bulk liquids, CIP maintenance, and performing SAP functions in the SAP system while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds and operate milk processing equipment.
• Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher’s and Sampler’s license.
• Must pass Pasteurizer test and Weigher’s & Sampler’s tests per State Inspector.
• Have 3 months from placement to obtain license.
• Operate pasteurizer Break relief for milk receivers.
• Able to perform all milk receiving functions.
• Carry out CIP on related equipment.
• Perform chemical titrations.

Responsibilities

• Receive bulk liquids and milk tankers.
• Maintain and clean CIP tanks and starter areas.
• Load out liquid products and maintain drains in raw area.
• Cross-train and master other jobs as assigned.
• Perform SAP functions in the SAP system.
