Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a production/processing team member in California. The role involves operating pasteurizers, receiving milk, performing CIP, and ensuring food safety and quality in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher's and Sampler's license.
• Must pass Pasteurizer test and Weigher's/Sampler's tests by State Inspector.
• 3 months from placement to obtain license.
• Operate pasteurizer and related equipment; CIP and sample analysis.
• Must perform SAP functions in the SAP system.
• Maintain food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate the UF and pasteurizer equipment.
• Break relief for milk receivers and milk receiving functions.
• CIP all associated equipment and maintain tanks.
• Load out liquid products and receive bulk liquids.
• Cross-train and master other jobs as assigned.

How you will make contributions that matter...

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Operate the UF.
• Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher's and Sampler's license.
• Must be able to take and pass a Pasteurizer test and Weigher's and Sampler's test given by the State Inspector.
• Will have 3 months from being placed in job to obtain license.
• Operate pasteurizerBreak relief for milk receivers.
• Able to perform all milk receiving job functions.
• CIP all associated equipment.
• Able to perform chemical titrations.
• Clean all drains in raw area.
• Load out liquid products.
• Maintain and clean starter and raw CIP tanks.
• Maintain housekeeping in raw areas.
• Receive bulk liquids.
• Able to operate Charm SL testing (antibiotics) to PMO regulations.
• Able to pull samples for laboratory analysis.
• Receive milk tankers and secondary tankers.
• Must be able to cross train and master other jobs as assigned.
• Maintain sanitizer baths.
• Make production and CIP connections for milk pasteurizer.
• Keep seal water lines clean.
• Responsible for food safety and quality.
• Perform SAP functions in the system.
• Any other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform SAP functions in the SAP system.
• Responsible for maintaining food safety and quality.
