Job summary

QSC is seeking a UC&C Support Engineer to serve as the technical authority for Unified Communications & Collaboration solutions, focusing on RoomSuite Simplified Collaboration Spaces and related tech. You’ll provide advanced product support, diagnose complex issues, and guide teams across Teams integration, USB/HID peripherals, and cloud services.

The role bridges engineering, product, and customers, driving training, troubleshooting methodologies, and release readiness while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in-depth troubleshooting of USB, HID PTZ Cameras and UC&C systems protocols, USB, AV automation, and AV related AI.
Minimum 3 years experience in-depth troubleshooting of Q-SYS or similar Linux-based AV systems
Minimum 2 years experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
Excellent verbal and written communications skills plus collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for UC&C and RoomSuite spaces and related technologies.
Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues; reproduce defects and test fixes with development teams.
Develop training materials, establish troubleshooting methodologies, and improve support processes.
Support deployment, firmware/software management, and on-site client troubleshooting as needed
