QSC is seeking a UC&C Support Engineer to serve as the technical authority for Unified Communications & Collaboration solutions, with a focus on RoomSuite Simplified Collaboration Spaces and related technologies. The role includes advanced product support, troubleshooting, and leadership across Teams integration, USB/HID peripherals, PTZ cameras, and cloud services.

The UC&C Support Engineer will bridge Engineering, Product Management, Support, partners, and customers; diagnosing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar discipline.
• CTS, CTS-D or similar Avixa technical certification desired.
• Minimum 5 years experience in-depth troubleshooting of USB, HID PTZ Cameras and UC&C systems protocols, USB, AV automation, and AV related AI.
• Minimum 3 years experience in-depth troubleshooting of Q-SYS or similar Linux-based AV systems
• Minimum 2 years experience with Atlassian tools, such as Confluence and Jira

Responsabilités

• Advanced support of Q-SYS clients, provide efficient response and resolution to incidents and service requests.
• Report ongoing software bugs, test environments, and communicate requirements to software developers and hardware quality teams.
• Provide project status updates for management, internal stakeholders, and customers; maintain records in CRM (SalesForce) and Jira.
• Provide on-site support to clients and end-users, ensuring systems meet operational requirements.
