Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a UC&C Support Engineer to serve as the technical authority for Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions, focusing on RoomSuite Simplified Collaboration Spaces and related technologies.

You will lead troubleshooting, training, and deployment standards while partnering with engineering, product management, and customers. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to drive improvements in supportability, automation, and diagnostic

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
CTS, CTS‑D or similar Avixa certification desired.
Minimum 5 years experience in-depth troubleshooting of UC&C systems and related protocols.

Responsibilities

Advanced support of Q-SYS clients and systems with efficient response and resolution and root-cause analysis.
Report ongoing software bugs from field and test environments via Jira; communicate requirements to developers and hardware QA.
Provide project status updates to management, internal stakeholders and customers; maintain records in CRM and Jira.
Provide on-site support to clients and end-users; ensure systems are updated and optimized per the scope of work.
