Job summary

Agile Defense, Quantico, VA, seeks a Unified Communications Specialist to support enterprise collaboration systems. You will help maintain end-to-end UC services, secure VoIP networks, SIP, SCCP, and H.323, across a government enterprise environment.

The role requires 7 years of related experience and hands-on expertise with CUCM, QoS, and DISA STIGs. You will work with DoD partners on requirements, deployments, and ongoing maintenance to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• 7 years related experience in UC/communications.
• Experience with Cisco UC Manager (CUCM), VoIP/SIP, QoS, and DISA STIG compliance.
• Windows and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the UC architecture including identifying and resolving enterprise level issues/outages, implementing complex call routing schemes, securing VoIP configurations, both classified and unclassified in accordance with DISA STIGs.
• Conduct Change, Incident, Service Request, Problem, Configuration, and Asset Management per client SOPs to provide technical end user and core service support.
• Conduct and document monthly ECS Network Architecture Reviews to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide network documentation to support accreditation, auditing and operations per DoD 8510.01 and client SOPs.
• Coordinate with DoD and government partners to ensure voice and video communication capabilities across organizations.
