Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA, is seeking engineers to join the Advanced Capabilities & Systems Group to develop new low-cost sensors across modalities (RF, EO/IR, acoustics) and unmanned vehicles. You will rapidly prototype, integrate, and test complete systems for DoD use.

Candidates should have a BS in engineering or related field, hands-on experience with sensors and vehicle testing, strong presentation skills, teamwork, and must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience with sensor development and integration including radar, passive RF receivers, EO/IR cameras, or acoustics.
• Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, and field-testing air, ground, surface, or underwater vehicles.
• Strong skills in developing and presenting technical materials to varied audiences.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, prototype, and test complete sensor and UAV/USV/UUV systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver rapid, field-ready solutions.
• Present technical results to varied audiences and stakeholders.
