Job summary

Sine Engineering is seeking a UAV Project Manager to lead technology integration for military and enterprise customers from requirements through deployment, user training, and product feedback.

You will coordinate with engineering, field teams, and customers to ensure successful delivery, demonstrations, and ongoing support, while aligning with project milestones and compliance needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects.
• Experience leading hardware and software integration projects.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Notion or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own client integration projects end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and handoff to support teams.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand UAV platforms, mission requirements, integration environments, and success criteria.
• Translate customer requirements into clear specifications, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate feasibility and develop implementation plans.
• Plan timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables across engineers, pilots, and specialists.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
