Job summary

Sine Engineering in Fredericksburg, Virginia is seeking a Field Operations & Integration Manager to lead technology integration and deployment for military and enterprise customers, from initial requirements through training and product feedback.

You will manage client projects end-to-end, coordinate field demonstrations, and align R&D, engineering, logistics, and operations to deliver field-ready UAV solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing technical projects, hardware or drones a strong plus.
• Experience leading complex hardware/software integration projects.
• Ability to translate client requirements into specs and scopes.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Notion for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own client integration projects end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and handoff.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand UAV platforms, missions, and success criteria.
• Translate complex requirements into clear specifications, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with engineering to validate feasibility, estimate effort, and plan implementations.
• Plan timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
