Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related technical discipline with progressive experience.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical design concepts is a plus.
• Ability to organize, schedule and coordinate work phases at project level.
• Strong understanding of network concepts and security clearance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Define network system design requirements with internal and customer teams.
• Analyze and modify system requirements to support project outcomes.
• Collaborate with Software, Configuration Management and Manufacturing to complete tasks.
• Support sustaining engineering for UAV network systems.
• Develop network configurations and provide technical networking support for production and development systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot network malfunctions and adjust configurations.
• Coordinate repair, replacement, or retirement of network infrastructure.
• Proactively identify issues affecting network/server infrastructure for missions.
• Document design, procedures, and implementation steps.
• Assist in producing System Specifications and Production Test Procedures.
