Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a UAT Subject Matter Expert to lead testing for the Marketplace modernization project in Health Insurance Exchange operations. You will validate system functionality against business requirements and collaborate with business, product, technical, and vendor teams in Agile and traditional environments.

Responsibilities include test planning, design, execution, defect management, regression, and ensuring accessibility, security, and performance testing.

Qualifications

• Experience translating requirements into comprehensive UAT test cases.
• Ability to design and execute complex UAT scenarios.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), security, and performance testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business requirements, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain UAT test plans, cases, scenarios, and data.
• Execute manual UAT testing, document evidence and results, and track issues in JIRA.
• Collaborate with business, product, technical and vendor teams in Agile and traditional environments.
• Mentor business SMEs participating in UAT and contribute to best practices, templates, and training materials.
• Perform regression testing and validate defect fixes; participate in defect triage.
• Prepare daily/weekly test status reports and metrics; support release readiness.
