Job summary

Cerner Technologies in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a UAT Coordinator to lead end-to-end user acceptance testing for ERP initiatives, coordinating test planning, scripts, and execution with cross-functional teams.

You will manage defect triage, governance reporting, RAID items, and sign-off evidence, using Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, and Excel to track progress and deliver quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UAT coordination, ERP testing, or program coordination experience.
• UAT leadership.
• Test planning, test script management, and execution coordination.
• Defect management and triage.
• Azure DevOps, Jira, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Governance reporting and RAID management.
• Business sign-off and testing evidence management.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT coordination and governance activities for ERP initiatives.
• Develop and manage test plans and test scripts; coordinate execution.
• Coordinate defect triage and resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain governance reporting, RAID logging, and sign-off evidence management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business requirements.
• Maintain traceability and documentation for testing evidence and approvals.
• Engage in continuous improvement of UAT processes and standards.
