Job summary

CACI's UAS Test Asset Management Lead role supports JIATF 401, serving as SME and enterprise integrator for managing UAS assets, sourcing, allocation, and accountability to support testing, training, and capability development.

You will lead centralized inventory, demand forecasts, performance metrics, and collaboration with RM and contracting to ensure timely procurement and optimal asset utilization.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Expert knowledge of UAS technologies, capabilities, limitations, and operational employment.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate UAS and select appropriate platforms based on requirements; strong knowledge of UAS markets, manufacturers, suppliers, and emerging technologies.
• Deep understanding of test and evaluation, experimentation, operational assessment, or threat-replication activities.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting processes sufficient to translate technical requirements into executable actions.
• Understanding of resource management, budgeting, and requirements prioritization.
• Ability to manage competing requirements for scarce resources and recommend allocation priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop enterprise inventory, demand, and utilization metrics.
• Ability to integrate technical, operational, acquisition, contracting, logistics, and RM stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Central Requirements Intake: Consolidates UAS requirements across divisions, programs, test activities, ranges, demonstrations, exercises, and experimentation efforts.
• Validation Process: Establishes a repeatable intake and validation process capturing purpose, characteristics, quantity, timing, configuration, and conditions.
• Enterprise Analysis: Identifies common needs, duplication, capability gaps, and opportunities to consolidate purchases.
• Demand Forecasting: Develops forecasts based on tests, demonstrations, training, and anticipated requirements.
• Strategic Alignment: Maintains an enterprise requirements picture linking projected demand to inventory, funding, and priorities.
• Leadership Advising: Advises leadership when demand exceeds inventory and recommends allocation priorities.
• Inventory Framework: Develops and manages centralized UAS inventory and allocation framework.
• Operational Translation: Translates objectives into UAS requirements and recommends suitable platforms.
