Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Technology Data Analyst to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401). You will perform technical research, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance C-UAS operations.

You will leverage MSS, Palantir, Power BI, Python, and AI tools to assess capability maturity, interoperability, and mission relevance for acquisition decisions.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• BA/BS with 4+ years; AA/AS with 8+ years; or HS/GED with 10+ years.
• Experience conducting technical research, technology assessments, capability evaluations, or systems analysis.
• Experience utilizing MSS, Palantir, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or scripting.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or LLMs for assessments.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles and TRLs.
• Experience analyzing technical documentation and performance data.
• Strong MS Office proficiency for formal reports and briefs.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical research and analysis of emerging C-UAS technologies and mission capabilities.
• Utilize MSS, Palantir, Power BI, Python, and AI tools to evaluate performance and relevance.
• Monitor industry, government, and academic developments for applicable capabilities.
• Analyze specifications, architectures, and data to assess maturity and suitability.
• Support assessments, demonstrations, and capability evaluations with findings.
• Develop technology roadmaps, gap analyses, and acquisition recommendations.
• Evaluate interoperability, risks, and operational impact across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, scientists, and analysts to define tech requirements.
• Create dashboards, reports, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders.
• Apply AI/ML capabilities to accelerate analysis and assessments.
• Support market research, RFIs/RFPs, and technology transition activities.
• Maintain awareness of emerging tech and evolving UAS threats.
