Job summary

CAC I International Inc in Alexandria, VA seeks a UAS Test Asset Management Lead to serve as the senior SME and enterprise integrator for centralized management, sourcing, allocation, and accountability of unmanned aircraft systems and related test assets used to support S&T, experimentation, testing, training, and capability development.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required to start.
• Expert knowledge of UAS technologies, capabilities, and employment.
• Ability to evaluate UAS platforms against requirements and select suitable solutions.
• Deep understanding of test and evaluation, experimentation, and threat replication.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contracting.
• Understanding of resource management, budgeting, and prioritization.
• Ability to manage competing requirements for scarce resources.
• Strong analytical skills to develop enterprise inventory, demand, and utilization metrics.
• Ability to integrate technical, operational, acquisition, contracting, logistics, and RM stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidates UAS requirements across divisions and programs.
• Establishes a repeatable intake and validation process with purpose, quantity, timing.
• Analyzes enterprise demand to identify gaps and consolidation opportunities.
• Develops demand forecasts based on tests, demonstrations, and training.
• Maintains enterprise visibility of UAS inventory and utilization.
• Advises leadership on allocation priorities when demand exceeds inventory.
• Develops and manages centralized UAS inventory and allocation framework.
• Collaborates with contracting to craft acquisition strategies and SOWs.
