Job summary

CACI, a leader in national security solutions, seeks a UAS Test Asset Management Lead to oversee centralized management, sourcing, allocation, and accountability of unmanned aircraft systems and related test assets used for S&T, experimentation, testing, training, and capability development.

You will consolidate requirements, validate specifications, forecast demand, and align inventory with funding and priorities while advising leadership on procurement decisions and asset allocation.

Qualifications

• Required: TS/SCI clearance to start.
• Expert knowledge of UAS technologies, capabilities, and operational employment.
• Ability to evaluate UAS and select platforms based on requirements; strong knowledge of markets and suppliers.
• Understanding of test & evaluation, experimentation, or threat-replication activities.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition processes and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate UAS requirements across divisions, programs, tests, and demonstrations.
• Establish a repeatable intake and validation process capturing purpose, characteristics, quantity, timing, configurations.
• Analyze enterprise requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for consolidation.
• Develop demand forecasts from tests, demonstrations, training events, and operational needs.
• Maintain an enterprise picture linking demand to inventory, procurement, funding, and priorities.
• Advise leadership on shortages and allocate priorities for inventory and procurement.
• Develop and manage centralized UAS inventory and allocation framework.
• Provide enterprise visibility of UAS quantities, types, configurations, locations, and condition.
• Establish procedures for requesting, issuing, transferring, recovering, repairing, replenishing, and retiring UAS assets.
