Job summary

This selective program provides cross-functional exposure across Electrical, Mechanical, and Software disciplines, with opportunities to participate in design reviews, testing, and documentation in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM field.
• Strong interest in systems engineering, aerospace, or defense tech.
• Exposure to requirements development, design, and integration.
• Familiarity with cross-functional teamwork and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing customer requirements and system impacts.
• Assist in developing system-level requirements and ICDs.
• Contribute to trade studies, cost/schedule estimation, and planning.
• Participate in design reviews and prepare materials for presentations.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Test teams.
• Help document system risks, issues, and changes.
