Duncan-Parnell Inc. is seeking a UAS Sales Manager to lead and grow its Unmanned Aircraft Systems business in the southeastern US.

This hands‑on leadership role blends strategy with field execution, coaching a sales team, and building senior‑level customer relationships to drive sustainable, profitable growth. You will balance ownership and judgment, engage in key opportunities, coordinate inventory and vendor decisions with market demand, and ensure a superior customer experience through

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching, accountability, territory management.
• Experience in UAS, geospatial, surveying, mapping or related market.
• Ability to explain technical UAS workflows, sensors, data processing and applications.
• Proven success in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred.
• Must reside in Southeastern US or relocate within three months.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the UAS sales team with field engagement and account planning.
• Build and execute the UAS business plan with territory strategies and forecasts.
• Develop relationships with strategic customers and position Duncan-Parnell as a trusted partner.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, pricing, programs, and revenue outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, demonstrations, and customer education.
• Monitor performance, forecast accuracy, and communicate actions to management.
