Job summary

Duncan-Parnell is seeking a driven UAS Sales Manager to lead and grow the Unmanned Aircraft Systems business across the southeastern US. You will spend meaningful time in the field, coach the team, and build senior-level customer relationships to enable sustainable, profitable growth.

You will balance strategy with execution, personally engage in key opportunities, and align inventory and vendor decisions with market demand, delivering a superior customer experience and disciplined sales

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales leadership experience across complex cycles.
• Experience in UAS, geospatial, surveying, or related markets.
• Ability to coach and develop sales teams in the field.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset with market positioning awareness.
• Proven ability to communicate technical workflows to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the UAS sales team through field engagement and opportunity reviews.
• Build and execute the UAS business plan with territory strategies and forecasts.
• Develop relationships with strategic customers and position Duncan-Parnell as a trusted partner.
• Partner with Operations to manage inventory, pricing programs, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and customer-focused messaging.
• Monitor performance, forecast accuracy, and corrective actions with leadership.
