Job summary

Duncan-Parnell is seeking a hands-on UAS Sales Manager to own and grow the Unmanned Aircraft Systems business across the Southeast U.S. You will lead a field-based sales team, drive strategic territory plans, and build high-value customer relationships while ensuring a disciplined operating rhythm.

You will coach reps through complex cycles, align inventory and vendor decisions with demand, and deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership with coaching and territory management.
• Experience in UAS, geospatial, surveying, mapping or related tech is preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UAS sales team through regular field engagement and reviews.
• Set clear territory plans, pipeline quality, and coverage expectations.
• Coach reps in complex sales cycles and executive communications.
• Coordinate inventory and vendor decisions with market demand and forecasts.
• Provide timely, realistic forecasts and risk assessments to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to align strategy and delivery.
