Job summary

PG&E is seeking a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute UAS programs in compliance with FAA regulations and the Aviation Safety Management System. This role collaborates with the UAS team and internal partners to support safe operations, maintain program documentation, track schedules and performance, and assist with operational improvements.

This hybrid role allows work from a remote office and an assigned location within the PG&E Service Territory, with compensation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of UAS inspection projects for electric transmission, distribution, and substation assets.
Coordinate project schedules, field access, airspace requirements, staffing, equipment, and vendor support to ensure safe, timely completion.
Track project scope, milestones, costs, risks, dependencies, and performance; communicate status to stakeholders.
Maintain project plans, forecasts, dashboards, schedules, and other documentation for UAS work on electric assets.
Coordinate delivery of UAS imagery and inspection data to internal stakeholders per requirements.
Support storm, emergency, and other time-sensitive UAS assignments involving electric assets.
Perform work in accordance with FAA requirements, SMS procedures, and UAS operating practices.
