Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) Aviation Services is hiring a Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of UAS programs in accordance with FAA regulations and Aviation Safety Management System. The role supports safe, efficient operations with internal partners and regulatory engagement in a hybrid setup based in Rocklin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of job-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of UAS inspection projects for electric transmission, distribution, and substation assets.
• Coordinate with electric operations, asset management, inspection, and maintenance teams to identify UAS work needs and timelines.
• Develop forecasts of UAS inspection volume, geographic demand, and resource needs.
• Manage project schedules, field access, airspace requirements, staffing, equipment, and vendor support.
• Track scope, milestones, costs, risks, dependencies, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Review work requests and asset information to support scoping, prioritization, routing, and resource planning.
• Maintain project plans, forecasts, dashboards, schedules, and other monitoring documentation.
• Coordinate delivery of UAS imagery and related work products to internal stakeholders.
