Job summary

DZYNE Technologies, LLC, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for UAS Manufacturing to lead manufacturing readiness activities and drive hardware into production. This role requires coordinating across Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain in a fast-paced aerospace/defense environment.

The successful candidate will manage NPI programs, develop schedules, assess risks, and ensure resources align with milestones and ramp plans while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations Project Management, Manufacturing Readiness, NPI, or similar roles driving hardware into production.
• Lead the development of manufacturing readiness plans, schedules, and integrated execution strategies for new product introduction programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in the Aerospace or Defense environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of manufacturing readiness plans, schedules, and integrated execution strategies for new product introduction programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior and executive leadership.
• Work with product teams to transition development hardware into rate production environments.
