Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is looking for a UAS Flight Operations Manager to support Counter-UxS testing in Crane, Indiana. This critical role involves establishing Flight Operations Centers, coordinating complex UAS operations, and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of UxS experience, and should hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. In-person support is mandatory for this mission-essential position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UxS work experience or high school with 11 years of UxS experience.
• Minimum of 3 years piloting Groups I-III UxS platforms.
• Thorough knowledge of radio‑controlled aircraft components.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate Flight Operations Centers for Counter-UxS testing.
• Coordinate with military and FAA air traffic controllers.
• Conduct pre-mission planning and post-mission debriefings.
