Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Drone Operations Technician in Missouri to conduct nest setup, daily aircraft and flight-line inspections, and routine maintenance per the customer’s UAS manual. The role also involves equipment checks, nest hygiene, and communication with the customer’s flight operations center.

Responsibilities include field service tasks and responding to emergencies as needed. Experience required is 1–3 years, with compensation ranging from $37,500 to $83,600.

Responsibilities

• Setup nests prior to start of operations.
• Perform daily aircraft and flight-line checks (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections).
• Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in Wipro Customer’s uncrewed aerial system maintenance manual).
• Perform nest equipment and condition checks (before operations, during operations and end-of-day).
• Maintain nest cleanliness within the nest boundary.
• Replace Wipro customer’s provided nest equipment as required.
• Maintain communications with the Wipro Customer’s flight operations center using provided equipment.
• Respond to field service tasks assigned by Wipro customer.
