Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking maintenance professionals to support advanced drone operations and autonomous aviation programs in Missouri. The role focuses on inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring aircraft readiness for field deployments.

You will document activity, manage parts inventory, and participate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes, applying safety and quality standards in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation maintenance, electronics, robotics, UAV systems, or related technical fields.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation and procedures.
• Experience with commercial UAS platforms is preferred.
• FAA or manufacturer-specific maintenance qualifications are a plus.
