• Experience developing and monitoring policies and procedures and day-to-day oversight.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Abu Dhabi team, engaging regulators, clients and industry stakeholders.
• Drive UAE crypto strategy development in collaboration with local and regional teams.
• Oversee governance, controls, compliance programs across local operations and global standards.
• Establish relationships with regulators (ADGM and FSRA) and key external stakeholders.
