The U12 Development Ski Team Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing the U12 alpine development program, with a focus on technical skill progression, safety, and fostering a positive team culture. This full-time, on-site role in Olympic Valley, CA includes planning and conducting daily on-snow training sessions, dryland conditioning, and skill-specific drills appropriate for youth athletes. The Head Coach designs seasonal training plans, organizes participation in local and regional competitions, and provides constructive feedback to athletes on technique, tactics, and sportsmanship. The role involves clear communication with families and program staff, coordinating schedules and logistics, and ensuring all coaching activities adhere to resort policies and industry safety standards. The Head Coach collaborates with other coaches and departments to align the U12 program with the broader Palisades Tahoe athlete development pathway.
