Qualifications

Responsibilities

Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status.
Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while mitigating risk.
Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and upholding professional standards.
Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster growth and ethical legal practices.
