Qualifications

Active Bar Admission in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
2+ years of business immigration experience.
Strong communication and collaboration with clients and teams.
Experience with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM and immigrant visa filings is preferred.
Comfort with technology-driven workflows and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status).
Develop tailored immigration strategies aligned with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and operations.
Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Participate in client meetings, providing strategic insights and showcasing the firm’s commitment to excellence.
Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster growth and ethical practice.
