Qualifications

• Bar admission: licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• 2+ years of business immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and immigrant petitions).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, attorneys, and analysts.
• Interest in digital tools, automation, and tech-enabled mobility platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant).
• Develop immigration strategies aligned with business needs and compliance.
• Advise clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic insights.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to uphold ethical practices.
