Qualifications

• Bar admission to practice in any U.S. state or DC.
• 2+ years of business immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, etc.).
• Interest in digital upskilling and technology tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clients, attorneys, and analysts.
• High accuracy and compliance in legal filings and policy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant).
• Develop tailored immigration strategies aligned with business needs.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and operations.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and client experience.
