Qualifications

• Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or DC.
• 2+ years of business immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM).

• Exceptional communication and collaboration with clients, attorneys, analysts.
• Commitment to accuracy and compliance in filings and policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant).
• Develop tailored immigration strategies aligned with business needs.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees.
• Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and client experience.
• Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and ethics.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster growth and uphold standards.
