Vargas Partners is a boutique legal search firm with an international focus. Our founding partners include former US and international BigLaw attorneys with over two decades of agency recruiting experience. We have collectively advised 1,000+ attorney candidates at all seniority levels in markets such as Asia-Pacific, the USA, the UK, the EU, Australia, and the Middle East.
We are seeking a legal recruiter to expand our US-focused recruiting efforts. You will work alongside our founding partners as a strategic member of our team. While prior agency-side legal recruiting experience is preferred, we also encourage candidates with agency recruitment experience in other industries or professional sales backgrounds interested in transitioning into legal recruiting to apply. Experience working in a commission-based environment is a plus.
Our founders include ex-BigLaw attorneys practicing in the US and internationally. However, many successful legal recruiters have no legal background. Don't let a lack of legal education or experience deter you if you believe you're a good fit.
