Metric Bio, a well-funded medical device company advancing cardiovascular technology, seeks a Financial Controller to own the U.S. accounting and reporting.

Based in Boston, you will partner with the executive team and the international finance group to drive accurate close cycles and compliant US GAAP. This broad, hands-on role offers significant progression as the business scales, with the opportunity to build the U.S.

Qualifications

• Close, reporting, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll and audit experience.
• MedTech/biotech or life sciences experience a plus.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and ERP/accounting systems skills.
• Confident communicator with senior executives and international stakeholders.
• Willingness to build and lead a finance team as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day accounting and reporting.
• Help build the financial infrastructure to support U.S. growth.
• Lead the future U.S. finance function as the company scales.
