Frontier is seeking a Director/Senior Director, Corporate Controller to lead the day-to-day accounting operations and establish a scalable foundation for growth. You will own the close, audits, SEC reporting, and internal controls while partnering with cross-functional leaders to enhance processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Public company or IPO-track close ownership with 8+ years of experience.
• Big Four or national firm experience, preferably in biotech/life sciences.
• Strong command of US GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
• Hands-on leadership and ability to build teams in a lean organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close, close calendar, and deliver accurate, timely GAAP financials.
• Lead audits, prepare statements, schedules, and audit evidence.
• Partner on SEC reporting and technical accounting with the VP Finance.
• Design and maintain internal controls and oversee external providers.
