Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Corporate Controller based in Boston or NYC to lead the accounting function, payroll, and internal controls. You will partner with leadership to ensure GAAP compliance, accurate financial reporting, and scalable finance processes.

The role reports to the CEO and involves building a robust finance infrastructure to support rapid growth, including cloud-based systems and KPI-driven insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• CPA required or equivalent credential.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a startup.
• Degree in finance, statistics, economics, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and payroll activities, including month-end close.
• Support invoicing and accounts payable activities.
• Be the in-house expert on revenue recognition and operations.
