Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Director of U.S. Facilities to lead strategy, operations and development of our U.S. facilities portfolio.

This leader will oversee four existing sites—Louisville, Boulder, Chicago and Madison—and guide future U.S. site expansion. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong program-management, and the ability to translate business needs into clear priorities while coordinating across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities, operations, construction or related fields.
• Proven success in multi-site facilities operations.
• Strong leadership, talent development and high-performance mindset.
• Excellent program-management: scope, plans, budgets, schedules, risks.
• Experience with construction, renovations, relocations or capital-improvement programs.
• Experience scaling facilities systems, processes and operating models.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls and life-safety systems.
• Experience with Safety, EHS, regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.
• Strong financial/commercial judgment: budgets, contracts, vendor management.
• Effective communication in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. facilities operations across Louisville, Boulder, Chicago and Madison to ensure safe, reliable spaces.
• Develop and lead the Facilities team, set priorities and drive consistent execution.
• Oversee construction and capital programs from scope to closeout with internal and external partners.
• Scale facilities systems, PM workflows, asset tracking and site documentation.
• Lead real estate, space and capacity planning including lease renewals and future locations.
• Own Safety, EHS and physical security programs and emergency preparedness.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts and vendor relationships.
