Job summary

Legal & General Asset Management seeks a Head of ETF Distribution to lead the U.S. ETF distribution capability, owning revenue growth across distribution strategy, platform access, and engagement from launch to BAU.

In a lean build-phase, this senior leader will guide cross-functional teams, manage senior relationships, and drive execution with a focus on scalable, compliant distribution across major platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in asset management distribution, with exposure to ETFs or ETPs.
• Proven track record launching and scaling products through U.S. wealth or institutional channels.
• Established relationships with platform gatekeepers and national accounts.
• Experience operating in build, scale, or transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the U.S. ETF distribution strategy aligned with product positioning and growth objectives.
• Own senior relationships with national accounts, RIAs, IBD offices, TAMPs, and model providers.
• Lead onboarding, approvals, and shelf placement across priority platforms; support launches with marketing alignment.
• Design and scale a lean, high-impact ETF distribution team and govern distribution activities.
