Job summary

Andes Global Trading seeks a U.S. Domestic Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end domestic transportation, cold storage coordination, and inland logistics across the United States.

You will partner with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Back Office to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of products. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in domestic logistics, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of building scalable logistics operations within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• 5+ years in domestic logistics or supply chain operations (U.S. market preferred).
• BS in Business/Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with freight operations (FTL/LTL/refrigerated).
• Proven ability to negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships.
• Experience scaling logistics operations and driving process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI focus.
• Fluent English; Spanish’s a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage U.S. domestic logistics operations from inland transport to final delivery.
• Build and optimize U.S. logistics structure and processes.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers and 3PLs.
• Monitor costs, service levels, and performance KPIs.
• Supervise Logistics Specialist and US Freight Team.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Back Office.
