Job summary

USA Tech Recruit is seeking a Marketing & Branding Manager for a growing consumer brand in the U.S. market. Lead brand strategy across supplements, health & wellness, and CPG, owning positioning, campaigns, budget, and cross-channel growth.

You will adapt global products to local consumer behaviour, drive end-to-end campaigns across social, PR, influencers, retail, Amazon, and DTC, and partner with commercial teams to boost brand awareness and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG, Supplements, Health & Wellness, or related consumer category.
• Developing and executing U.S. brand strategy and localization.
• End-to-end campaign management across social, PR, influencers, retail, Amazon, and DTC.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute U.S. brand strategies; adapt global products to local consumer behaviour.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across social, PR, influencers, retail, Amazon, and DTC channels.
• Own and manage brand marketing budget, ROI tracking, and analytics.
• Collaborate with commercial and retail teams to drive measurable brand awareness and growth.
